"Show me a Manitobama Rainbow please"

Here is a Globe and mail news story about a RAINBOW PLAY SYSTEMS children's slide made out of Manitoba manufactured plastic that was bought by the Obama administration for the President's daughters to use at the Whitehouse.

WINKLER, Man. — It is a long way from Washington, D.C., but a piece of Winkler, Man., is now sitting on the White House grounds.

Acrylon Plastics makes slides for Rainbow Play Systems in South Dakota.

Last week manager Ron Funk got an e-mail saying the White House had bought a play set, including the made in Manitoba slide.

“I think it looks fabulous. I think they should have them all the way around it,” Mr. Funk said.

Mr. Obama's people actually went to South Dakota to inspect the play set, and slid down the slide to check it out.

When it arrived in Washington it was set up within sight of the Oval Office so the president can watch his daughters Sasha and Malia play.

“It's pretty cool to know we made that,” Mr. Funk said.

With the economy sliding down a slippery slope Mr. Funk hopes all the attention will give the company a little boost.

Rainbow Play Systems now calls the type of play structure it sold to the White House its “presidential series.”

Hi Jim. I like how Obama (whose symbol is the Half Sun/Arc) interacts with the Rainbow Arc. The future does seem brighter now that the Black Star's in charge.

The name Mr. Funk stood out for me in the post (what a cool surname!) so I did a quick Google on 'Rainbow Funk' for fun to see what it would come up with.
Lo and behold, the Pair of Pentagrams made their appearance:

Hi Jim sDNAers,

I found a multicolored slide in the trash by a church and decided to bring home the rainbow. I fixed it and set up the slide in our house to help curve the winter blues. My daughter is one of the last kids in this town that frequents the parks. Her thought process is mostly parks and or playing. Thank godness.

Often when we go 'park'ing we catch only one or two kids at the park. Not like when I was a kid. Parks were over loaded...Anyways... Imagination is a rare commodity now that you don't need one to be entertained. Everything is engineered with a full story attached. I watched a clip a FSS which vocalizes an interesting point
